Byron Bay Life
After visiting Byron Bay once before, I knew I had to go back again and couldn't not share a blog about it!
Byron Bay is known for being the most free living natured location all Australia has to offer. Attracting a community of carefree, chilled out and kind hearted individuals, one of the reasons why people travel all across the world to visit this little hippie town.
You will son come to realise how different and sacred Byron truly is, walking round barefoot, creating conversations with strangers you may have never met before, a love for all things surf, sun, coffee and no worries.
The energy is contagious from the moment you come to Byron with buskers and live music on the corner streets, then lights music and cocktails at night.. the experiences are endless.
When visiting Byron I will say, experience as much as you can! What I mean by this is,
-if there's live music go listen, even get up dancing
- speak to new people
- try out surfing and paddle boarding
-try all the foodies
Really LIVE IN THE MOMENT and experience the best of 'the bay'
“THE ENERGY IS CONTAGIOUS”
This time round in Byron I spent a week there so we had a good amount of time to explore and see what we could get up to, although I could have for sure stayed longer!
I wanted to share some of the things we did, saw, ate and tips for whilst staying in Byron.
Where We Stayed + Getting Around
For our short stay we decided to stay a little out of the Byron centre. We stayed in Suffolk Park and we truly loved it here as this area was quiet and peaceful and only a short bus drive to the centre. We stayed in an Airbnb again as we like how you have your own space and most do a have a kitchen so we could make our own food and feel much more at home.
There are also many holiday hotels and parks which you can also choose to stay in if that's what you fancy.
Getting around Byron is mostly used by bicycles and cars, they also have one bus company which does circular roots around Bryon and the different areas.
For our stay we used the bus for the first couple of days. We then decided to hire a car which if you search you can find the ones in Byron. We used Byron Prestige Cars which I will link here. You can also use RatPack Travel, ask for Sammy and there you can hire vans for travelling Australia, book tours and trips, or even get
